Olivia Fraser (b.1965) is a Scottish artist best known for her intricate pattern paintings, after spending a year at Wimbledon College of Arts in London she relocated to India in 1989. Fraser’s work explores themes of spirituality and philosophy, deeply inspired by the techniques and vocabulary of Indian miniature painting. She combines forms and ideas inspired by modern Western art with traditional mediums and techniques.
