Description

Matt Tilbury is a typographer and printmaker based in Bondi Beach, Australia. Working in the age-old craft of letterpress, he creates punchy prints with brevity, designed to grab attention in today’s fast-paced world.

His work blends humour, sharp social observations, and modern mantras for everyday life. Each piece is carefully made, celebrating the tactile character of vintage type and the imperfections of the handmade process. His limited editions are hand-printed using antique wood and metal type on vintage presses. Each print embraces the natural variations of traditional letterpress, resulting in a richly textured typographic piece.
