Description
Tom Hammick (born 1963) is an award-winning British painter and printmaker celebrated for his evocative imagery exploring the human condition, isolation, and environmental fragility. Splitting his time between painting in South Bermondsey/Peckham Rye and creating hand-crafted woodcuts and etchings in Deptford, London, his dual practices feed into each other to build metaphorical, dreamlike landscapes. Hammick’s work is held in prestigious public institutions worldwide, including the British Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A).
