SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Packages are usually despatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Larger orders, and orders for limited editions and original artworks, are shipped using DHL. Smaller orders are usually shipped using first class mail in the UK and standard mail for overseas orders. Shipments via DHL are trackable and require a signature upon delivery. If we send your parcel out by DHL then you will receive an email with tracking details.
The cost of shipping includes all handling, packing and postage costs. The total shipping cost varies according to the weight and dimensions of the shipment. We will always seek to minimise the shipping costs whilst seeking to ensure that goods reach you undamaged.
No UK tax is applied to any orders shipped overseas. However, the purchaser of the items will be responsible for any importation taxes, duty or charges levied at the point of importation. Since January 2021 that includes all countries in Europe.
These are the approximate DHL transit times for parcels after the parcels have been collected from the Gallery:
UK 1 working day
Europe 1-2 working days
North America 2-3 working days
Australia & Asia 3-4 working days
Middle East & South America 3-4 working days
These are the approximate Royal Mail transit times for parcels sent first class UK and standard class to international destinations:
UK – 1-2 days
Europe – 5-7 days
Rest of the World – 7-21 working days
If a package has not arrived or products have arrived damaged in transit then please contact us. We shall seek to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
From time to time we may include a promotional item or two in a shipment that we hope you will enjoy. These are sent with our compliments and at no shipping charge to you. We bear any additional shipping charge that these extra items incur. You only ever pay the shipping costs for the items that you order and pay for.
SHIPPING TO RUSSIA
Unfortunately, it has become very difficult and costly for us to ship goods to Russia. If you would like to ask us to ship an order to Russia then please email us directly at saatchistore@saatchigallery.com and we shall consider the request.
